Unknowingly Annoying

I hadn’t noticed the similarity in sound between two particular adverbs until a colleague referred to something that I had “annoyingly” done. As I was trying to figure out the reason my actions had offended my friend, I realized that he hadn’t said “annoyingly,” but “unknowingly.”

The same two words just popped into my head as I tried to compose a terse kvetch about people (mostly college students, actually) who park in the city (Harvard Square to be precise) and go to dinner — we’re talking 8 pm — and leave their motion detector alarms armed. I was wondering if there is a single elegant word that means “unknowingly annoying.”
